Tennis Giant offers online shoppers a free pickup option available at checkout for Quebec residents.

Racquets that are purchased online and require a string installation may take up to 24 hours before being available for pickup.

Please be sure to have on hand at the moment of collection:

• Order Fulfillment Confirmation
• Valid Government Identification

Orders for pickup must be collected within 7 business days of purchase. After 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded on the original payment method.
