How do I make a return?Updated 5 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. However, please note that customers are responsible for the return cost of shipping.

Return by mail

To start the return process, please visit Our Return Portal and enter your information. After that, we will send an invoice to your email for the return cost of shipping. Once payment has been received, we will issue a return shipping label for you to send your items back.

Alternatively, customers can ship items back at their own cost, but they must notify Tennis Giant first items at to ensure they are eligible for a return.

Return in store

Customers are also welcome to return their order to our Showroom location assuming it meets the refund policy. Please note that we will only accept returns that are in their original packaging and condition. 


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


To be eligible for a refund:


Return items must be in the same original condition: unused, unworn, in their initial packaging and have all their tags still attached.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be marked on the product page.

• Gift cards
• String reels
• Tennis, Squash, Pickleball and Paddle balls
• Racquets with installed strings
• Baskets and Ball collectors, Ball Machines
• Water bottles
• All items marked ' Final Sale ' Or ' Non-returnable item'
