As a proud Canadian online retailer, we stand behind all our products and services.

If you have a defective product, Tennis Giant will happily act as the liaison between our valued customers and the various brand distributors/manufacturers.

Our team will facilitate the warranty process for you as effectively as possible.

Each brand we carry has a warranty program with different time frames.

Please note that some brands require the customer to deal directly with them.

How it works

Notify us by emailing [email protected]  with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Close-up picture of the defect 
  3. Serial number
  4. Sku number

Accepted Claims

Upon acceptance of the claim by the distributor/manufacturer, we will provide you with a replacement of the product in question. ONLY If it is unavailable in our stock, we will offer an equivalent model or a credit in store. Our team will contact you with further information.

  • The process of warranty claims could take up to 30 days.
  • Please note that our team might ask you to provide further information than mentioned above.
  • Some manufacturers will ask to have the product shipped to their warehouse for inspection. In that case, our team will inform you of the specific address, as we will not cover any shipping expenses.
  • Please be aware that the abuse of warranty claims will be closely monitored.
